By law companies must have an anti-bribery and corruption policy to help protect the business and its employees against bribery and/or corruption.  This policy sets out the legal definition of bribery and corruption as well as individuals accountability and responsibilities in relation to them.    The policy covers investigation into potential cases and the management of risk in relation to the subject.  It also covers training and communication necessary to keep your business safe.
